Bar 10 Ranch
Grand Canyon Ranch Lodging
The Bar 10 Ranch is located on the Grand Canyon’s North Rim and has been hosting Grand Canyon visitors for decades. Use our ranch as your beginning and ending point for river rafting experiences on the Colorado River, or just an excellent spot for country hospitality and adventure at the Grand Canyon.
Built in the early 1980’s, the Lodge serves as the centerpiece of the ranch for dining, relaxing, and sleeping. The Lodge’s Old West interior features wagon wheel chandeliers, pine wood peneling, frontier-style wood beams, and huge windows overlooking the Grand Canyon. Outside, the Lodge is finished with a masonry slump block and has a covered porch which invites one to a relaxing seat. Lush surrounding lawns offer either warming sunshine or shaded refuge, and more than a few guests have discovered that simply spending a relaxing morning or late afternoon lounging here can meet the loftiest goals of a big day at the Grand Canyon.
Our overnight accommodations include thirteen Conestoga covered wagons with double mattresses which sleep two comfortably. Each wagon is equipped with an electric lantern, bedding, and a bench seat. Meanwhile, the Lodge has five rooms that are set up dormitory style with two sets of bunk beds including a single bed on top and double beds on the bottom. These rooms are named after well known cattle breeds in the West. They are designed to accommodate couples or families with ease. You may wish to sleep under the spectacular Canyon starlit sky on the 1,700 square foot deck of the Lodge.
While the Bar 10 specializes in hosting groups that plan river rafting or other types of Canyon expeditions, we can also help those who are planning Grand Canyon elopement weddings. Contact us for more information.
